About Our Service strives to provide credible, accurate information; with unwavering integrity. Your personal information will never be given or sold away (including your email address). When processing an order during checkout, we provide SECURE 128-bit SSL protection for private online transactions; our security certificate is up-to-date and you can be assured that shopping is a safe and totally private experience.

How Do I Order?

Ordering products on is simple:

1. Find the product you wish to order.
2. As you find the product you wish to purchase, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button under the product overview. This will take you to an add to cart page. There you can adjust quantities; then click on "Add to Cart" to continue.
3. This will take you to your Shopping Cart page titled Here you may delete items, edit quantities, complete order or continue shopping. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Complete Order" button. This will take you to our Secure Processing Area where you will fill out your shipping information. At this point you will see a closed lock in the lower right hand corner of your screen, indicating a secure site.
4. Next, click on the Submit Shipping Information button. This will take you to the final Invoice review page where you will submit your preferred payment information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). That's it!
5. We also accept orders by Phone and Personal Checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks by Mail. Please see Contact page for address and phone number.

How We Ship, Rates & Policies

USPS shipping and handling charges are determined automatically in the shopping cart and are dependent on your zip code.  We make no profit on the S&H - it is what it is.

Please allow between 5-7 business days for USPS Ground Parcel Post delivery. Product is usually shipped same day. 

NOTE: Because we comply with all Federal Guidelines, our Safe Non-toxic Remover must be sent ORMD-Ground Delivery and can not be shipped priority or express mail (by airplane) - period. This is due to the fact that it has alcohol in it. It's safe, but it still is technically flammable.

And, because our Safe Nail Polish is just that - Safe, Non-toxic & Non-flammable, we are allowed to send it other ways if we so desire (priority or express).

However, because a large part of all our orders include the Remover, we have decided (with the blessings of the Postal Inspector) to send everything ORMD-Ground to avoid any issues with local agencies that do not have a copy of our MSDS (manufacturers safety data sheet) on hand, and therefore may confuse us with other dangerous nail polish brands which are all highly flammable.

Therefore our shipping may take a little bit longer than you are used to; but we are complying with Federal Guidelines while keeping everyone safe.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal using our 256-bit SSL Secure Server. When you enter in your personal information, including your credit card number, you are using a secure connection that encrypts your transaction, making it unreadable to anyone but our credit card authorization company.

If you want to use a Money Order, Cashier's or Personal Check instead of a credit card, send it with an itemized list to the business address on the Contact page; please include your return address and day time phone number. Should a products price change, the original price will be honored if order is received within 7 days of the date of the posted price change.

Return Policy / Guarantee

If any bottle or bottles are broken during shipping we must receive a confirmation email or phone call telling us there is a problem within 30 days of your order to accept a return. 

Generally, we will accept a clients word that the product was damaged during shipping and will not require that it be returned - this is solely at the descretion of the Customer Service Manager. will then resend a replacement at no extra charge. The client will assume responsibility for return shipping charges if asked to send back any damaged goods.
Because of the wide and natural variations in: individual nail matrix; excessive oils present on the nail; improper preparation or use of our product; etc., we are unable to issue a refund for any perceived defects of our product. We will be happy to review any questions about proper application to achieve maximum results if any concerns arise.
